A UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WITH TRADITIONAL VALUES
PASTOR - CHARLEY HATFIELD

Psalm 133:1-3  states, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard; that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore".  This passage from the Bible is about the importance of unity and that it can be exemplified by the church's embrace of diversity. The church is made up of people from different backgrounds, and this diversity can be celebrated and honored. It can create a welcoming space for learning, respect, and collaboration.  Living in unity involves being devoted to communing with others, worshipping, and sharing meals. It also includes praying together and working to uplift the community.
This Sunday concludes with the Taylorsville Covenant Churches Anniversary Service beginning at 2 PM.
After the music/worship/celebration Worship Service, we will enjoy fellowship over dessert in the Family Hall.
